Terms & Conditions

The terms that apply when you use Muse&Miles travel planning services.

Last updated: 25 September 2026

What we do

Muse&Miles provides travel planning and concierge guidance: personalised digital itineraries, destination research, recommendations and logistics support. We are not a travel agent, tour operator or booking engine. We do not make or hold bookings on your behalf, take payment for flights, accommodation or other travel products, or act as a party to any contract between you and a supplier (airline, hotel, tour operator, insurer, etc). All supplier bookings and payments are made directly by you, and are governed by that supplier’s own terms.

How the service works

You choose a planning package, pay the listed deposit to secure your planning slot, and complete a trip questionnaire covering your destinations, dates, budget and preferences. We then design your itinerary and deliver it within the timeframe stated for your package. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, shown on the packages page; further rounds can be added for a fee.

Fees and what’s included

The planning fee covers the itinerary design and revision service only. It does not cover the cost of flights, accommodation, transfers, activities, dining, travel insurance or any other supplier purchase — these remain entirely separate and are your responsibility to book and pay for directly. Additional destinations, extra revision rounds and express delivery are available as paid add-ons, priced as shown on the site at the time of your enquiry. Deposit amounts, and how they’re handled if you cancel, are set out in our Cancellation & Deposit Policy.

Your responsibilities

As the traveller, you’re responsible for:

  • giving us accurate, complete information in your enquiry and questionnaire
  • responding to requests for approvals or clarification in good time, so we can meet the delivery window
  • holding valid travel documents (passports, visas) and appropriate travel insurance for your trip
  • making and paying for all supplier bookings, and checking each supplier’s own terms and cancellation policy
  • reviewing your itinerary and confirming supplier availability and pricing before booking, as these can change after delivery

Liability

We take care in researching and recommending destinations, accommodation, activities and suppliers, but we don’t control supplier availability, pricing, safety standards or performance, and we’re not liable for losses arising from a supplier’s actions, cancellations, changes, or events outside our control (including weather, strikes, government advisories or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control). We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance for every trip we help plan.

Your itinerary

The itinerary we deliver is for your personal use in planning and taking your trip. It isn’t intended for resale or for use in planning trips for other travellers without our agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised; continued use of the service after an update means you accept the current terms.
